July 23, 1999 - PlatinumCrown launches its new and improved website to the internet during a highly attended gala event. Rumors still circle that it isn't quite ready for public consumption, but timelines must be met. July 21, 1999 - PlatinumCrown begins a complete overhaul of its website. PlatinumCrown President, Todd Schreiber was quoted as saying "I'm sick of that old thing, its time we did something new." May 19, 1999 - After an extensive evaluation of webservers, PlatinumCrown awards Schogini Systems a contract to become PlatinumCrown's new webhosting service. PlatinumCrown moves its domain and website to these new servers and is pleased to offer discounted webhosting rates to all our clients. PC suggests, to its current customers, that they move their websites to more reliable servers, such as those provided by Schogini Systems, who offer a large range of services and responsive technical support for fees that are more economical than their previous provider's. April 6, 1999 - PlatinumCrown begins reviewing webhosting providers to replace its current webhosting service. The qualifications most sought are reliability, response and services. March 18, 1999 - PlatinumCrown becomes a woman owned business when a number of our private stocks are purchased by a Massachusetts woman. December 21, 1998 - Webspan Communications, PlatinumCrown's webhosting provider, is purchased by Frontline Communications Company. PlatinumCrown cautions customers to "wait and see", in hope that the fine service which had been provided by Webspan would continue under new ownership.
